Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Sea Freight Executive located in ALPS Ave. Our clients are in the Freight Forwarding Industry. You will be responsible for coordinating sea import shipments, managing import/export files, updating shipment statuses, and handling customer notifications. Responsibilities include processing invoices, checking shipment documents, and arranging transportation. You will communicate with clients, agents, and overseas offices, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with company policies. Key tasks also include customs permit declarations and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, you will recommend process improvements and handle any ad-hoc duties.

• Monitor and follow up on open tasks to ensure timely resolution.
• Address office space requirements and manage technology-related needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant role, ideally supporting executives at the regional level.
• Proficient in calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting. Prior experience at Microsoft is a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional team and building relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrates adaptability, professionalism, and discretion when managing sensitive information.
• Adept at thriving in dynamic environments, responding effectively to changing priorities, and working independently with a positive attitude.
• Experience with tools such as Outlook and CRM systems is advantageous.

Accounts Cum Admin Executive

Basic Salary - $3000-$3500
Working Time – Mon to Fri 8:30am to 6pm

Accounts Receivable 70%

• Record and posting of customer payment/receipts
• Update daily cash book
• Send Monthly SOA to customers every 1st week of the month

Location & Work hours

The job location is BullionStar's bullion shop, showroom and vault at 45 New Bridge Road. This bustling location is located in between Chinatown and Clarke Quay with the Clarke Quay MRT located just across the road making commuting easy.

5-day work week, 1 Saturday inclusive.

Salary and Benefits

The starting salary is SGD 2,700 - SGD 4,000 depending on your knowledge, competence, experience and skills plus one month's bonus, reimbursement of medical bills and access to an employee health and fitness benefit program.
