The Job:

• Manage sales activities for multi-brand / model commercial vehicles, including internal combustion, electric, and hybrid vehicles
• Source for new customers, service and manage existing assigned customers to achieve/exceed sales targets and objectives
• Purchase all types of pre-owned commercial vehicles for inventory replenishment
• Manage the selling process, including customer servicing, follow-ups, and attending to sales queries, including walk-in customers
• Manage customer accounts, including required documentation, vehicle-related issues, outstanding payments, and other matters
• Facilitate test drive, vehicle introduction, and handover
• Provide comprehensive information about pricing, leasing, sales, or vehicle information to customers/corporates
• Develop professional knowledge in automotive sales regulations and safety and vehicle knowledge
• Prepare and compile weekly sales activities and reports for management

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualifications
• Prior experience in insurance, retail, real estate or automotive trade preferred
• A strong passion for the automotive/motoring industry
• Outspoken, strong communication skills, and good listening ears
• Presentable outlook, good phone mannerisms, willing to learn
• Able to function independently, and also able to work with other team members
• Valid Class 3 Driving License (mandatory)

The Job

• Provide administrative support (data entry, filing and documentation) for workshop day-to-day operations
• Coordinate with Workshop Supervisor / Manager to support for quotation creation, servicing and other package price list to be updated within the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) .
• Finalize customer registration details in the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP)
• Liaise with other business units to keep fleet listing updated
• Coordinate with Customer Service Advisor on appointment bookings and workshop scheduling
• Provide administrative support on accident reporting
• Liaising with customers, vendors, suppliers & partners where required

Requirements

• Bilingual (Mandarin and English) to liaise with Chinese based client
• With prior experience in vehicle servicing workshop and with experience in dealing with accident claim business will be an advantage

Job Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers utilizing our third-party logistics services, including managing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on shipments and inventory.
• Inventory Control: Implement inventory management processes to accurately track stock levels via MCP system
• Process customer orders, prepare shipping documents, and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs and stockouts.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests using our MCP system and email system.
• Order Fulfillment: Coordinate order processing and fulfillment activities, ensuring timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
• Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that goods meet company standards and customer requirements.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, resolve issues, and optimize transportation routes.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analyze warehouse performance metrics. Update monthly major customer KPI report

Requirements

• Degree holders or equivalence
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
• Working experience in shipping, supply chain or logistics will be an added advantage
• Work independently and able to work in a fast pace environment
