Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Pivot table, V-lookup, PowerPoint and Word)

Job Scope:

• Monitor and coordinate voyage charters and time charters to ensure seamless operations.
• Act as a liaison between owners and charterers to facilitate smooth voyage execution.
• Manage claims and demurrage, ensuring timely resolution.
• Draft and prepare charter parties with accuracy and compliance.
• Other ad-hoc administrative matters.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any field.
• Candidate with relevant experience in operation/supply chain/procurement is welcome to apply.
• Able to perform emergency cargo respond
