Responsibilities
Support and work closely with the following Teams in terms of Procurement:
(a) Property Management Team (PMD)
Eg Assist PMD in sourcing and procuring spare parts for building maintenance, call quotations for ad-hoc building repair works and maintenance contracts, etc.
(b) Project Management Team (PM)
Eg Assist PM in sourcing, call quotations and appoint renovation contractors, materials suppliers, etc.
(c) Office Administration Team (Admin)
Eg Assist Admin in sourcing and procuring stationery, bottled drinking waters, festive gifts for customers, etc.
· Vendor Sourcing and Pre-Qualification
(a) Source and assess suitable vendors.
(b) Conduct vendor pre-qualification exercise.
· Conduct Quotation/Tender Exercise
(a) Receive purchase request (PR), or quotation/tender request from colleagues.
(b) Prepare quotation / tender invitation letters and issue to shortlisted vendors.
(c) Prepare tender documents (with reference to past tenders and new requirements).
(d) Call for quotations or conduct tender exercise.
(e) Collate quotation/tender clarification questionnaires from PMD/PM and issue to participating vendors.
· Negotiations and Appoint Vendors
(a) Compare quotations received, negotiate pricing and tabulate cost comparison table for PMD/PM.
(b) Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO), Works Orders (WO) or Letter of Award (LOA) timely.
· Others
(a) Filing and storage of related documents.
(b) Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company.
Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma within procurement or supply chain management or equivalent.
· Minimum 1 year of related purchasing experience.
· Meticulous, independent and good interpersonal skill.
