What will I be doing?

Reporting into the Vice President, Suites & Focused Service Brand Management - APAC, this position is responsible for day-to-day support in delivering on our brand strategy and priorities for the Focused Service brands in APAC, excluding China (APACx). • Assist all departments including MOE Kindergarten to prepare materials and learning resources for all levels lessons, programmes and activities.
• Provide support to School wide activities such as admin duty during PSLE Exam, Photo-taking scheduling, collate data, distribute items to classes and K1 orientation etc
• Assist department heads to conduct half-yearly inventory checks.
• Assist and support Teacher-Chefs and Programme Coordinator on the Gastro activities and lessons.
• Conduct half-yearly inventory check in Gastro Lab.
• Upkeep the cleanliness and inventories in Gastro Lab
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Programmes (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and flexible to the school operational needs and demands.
• Any other duties assigned by the Admin Manager and the School Leaders.
