RESPONSIBILITIES

You will embark on a 2-year accelerated development programme with rotations across selected departments/ teams to gain broad-based exposure and insight into the business. You will undertake stretch assignments, challenging projects and spearhead new initiatives under the mentorship of assigned coaches. This position is assigned to Diplomatic Technology (DT) Office and crucial for the design, development, testing, and implementation of the Embassy’s applications and intranet web presence, with a special focus on AI systems development and integration. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement Embassy applications and intranet web presence, with a focus on AI systems development and integration.
• Provide technical assistance and support for developed applications.
• Develop new applications and provide SharePoint support.
• Offer user training and support IT staff as required.
• Ensure proper implementation of cybersecurity practices.
• Occasionally provide support at the Chief of Mission and Deputy Chief of Mission residences and VIP visit sites around the city.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of proper implementation of cybersecurity practices.
• Advance knowledge of Office Suite programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Share Point, etc)
• General experience in areas of end-user support in a Microsoft environment.
• Familiar with the planning, migration and operations for both on-premise and cloud only SharePoint configurations.
