Job Responsibilities/Scope:

Handling full spectrum of administrative supports duties for our clients which includes but not limited to the following:

Assist Senior to manage a portfolio of clients by providing administrative supports for the the following:

• Ensuring compliance in accordance to relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
• Manage corporate documentation for the clients (eg, minutes and resolutions)
• Perform customer due diligence for Company incorporation
• Filing with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)
• Maintenance of statutory registers, minutes book and submission of statutory returns to ACRA

Requirements

• Possesses a Diploma in Business Studies or relevant studies

Your normal place of work shall be at a facility served by Allied Kinsmen Facility Management Pte Ltd. In addition, you will need to:
