• Support and back up the Executive Support & Travel Manager in the Ikano Retail Board preparation, pre-meeting coordination of materials for various committees and decision forums.
• Execute the progression of information and duties including overseeing the signing of legal contracts & documents, raising purchase orders, maintaining the Ikano One webpage, filing travel expense claims for the management, co-workers’ profiles maintenance in the travel system and annual travel budgeting process.  
• Lead and/or contribute to ad hoc projects to support the achievement of organisational-level strategic and operational objectives.
• Evaluate, introduce and implement travel and admin solutions/technologies to improve efficiency and deliver envisioned benefits.
• Initiate improvement to optimise and streamline business processes in areas where there is opportunity for increased efficiency and cost-saving.
• Identify, document and update standard operating key procedures and processes.
• Drive vendor selection initiatives for corporate hotels and travel providers.

Remuneration Package:

Responsibilities:

a. Perform sales functions as follows:

1) Identify potential clients for the waste management market segments assigned to him or her with the aim to establish cordial and business relations

2) Prepare proposals and negotiate the best deal on behalf of the company through close follow-up with potential customers to obtain feedback on the status of quotations, competitors response, decision-maker’s intention and any other relevant information affecting the outcome of the proposal

3) Facilitate the preparation of Sales Order through the Customer Service Executive and to work closely with him or her on sales and proper documentation

4) To prepare periodically, Sales reports for presentation to the Sales Manager

b. Work with Customer Service to maintain Customer Database with inputs such as name, designation, company, address, telephone and facsimile numbers and e-mail address, etc

c. Assist Manager to maintain/improve the Customer Care Program by monitoring customer satisfaction, addressing customer complaints, and responding appropriately to any changes in customer’s personnel, equipment, processes, materials used and business strategy

d. Support market intelligence by gathering information on customers, prospects, competitors, new entrants, price, market situation and trends in the various segments, influence groups & stakeholders, service offering and substitutes

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Marketing or equivalent

· Must possess own vehicle

Remuneration

· Transport Reimbursement: $700 (based on receipt / bill, ie: petrol / carpark / ERP)
