Position Overview:

The AV Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless audio-visual (AV) operations and production for MAS's critical internal and external engagements. Key Responsibilities:

Event Support and Coordination

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum Diploma in Media, Mass Communications, AV, or equivalent.

At least five (5) years of relevant experience in broadcasting, live production, or AV/VC operations with supervisory responsibilities.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and strong video and photographic skills.

In-depth knowledge of AV hardware (e.g., cameras, video switchers, lighting, sound systems) and software (e.g., TriCaster, OBS, vMix).

Experience in studio production and familiarity with production sets and teams.
