Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct multiple concurrent projects, managing scope, budget, and timeline.
• Engage with all stakeholders to take projects from initial concept through to final implementation and handover.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client, managing escalations and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project solutions meet client expectations, remain within the agreed budget, and adhere to quality criteria.
• Document and manage project risks, issues, and change control processes.
• Provide clear, concise communication to all stakeholders.
• Oversee pre-sales activities by working with sales teams to scope and cost project solutions, including participating in client presentations and tender processes.
• Identify and influence potential sales opportunities by discussing NTT Data’s consulting and technical services with clients.
• Coordinate project team activities, delegating tasks and assigning resources as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in end-to-end project management, including both application and infrastructure project delivery.
• Experience managing large-scale projects with a value greater than SGD 5 Million
• Possess PMP certification or equivalent
• Experience working with public sector clients, particularly in Govtech, DSTA, or HTX projects.
• Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) deployment.
• Demonstrated vendor management skills.
• Must be a Singaporean Citizen due to project clearance requirements.
