Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:

Management of Program Leads

• Manage a team of passionate and experienced program leads, including, but not limited to, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Organisational Development, providing them with the right guidance and empowering them to do their best work.
• Manage and support regional program leads as the organization grows.
• Working alongside the program leads to proactively scanning the countries and regional policy, energy, and economic environment for emerging challenges and opportunities for Tara’s work. To manage and deliver projects involving Residents’ Committee (RC) Centres, eg. fitting-out, upgrading and cyclical maintenance works. Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Represent Client in liaising with project stakeholders
