Summary:

As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team to support various HR functions. This internship is designed to provide you with exposure to the HR field, allowing you to develop essential skills and knowledge.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support:

• Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintaining and updating candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Participating in interview panels and providing input on candidate selection.

2. Employee Onboarding:

• Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
• Ensuring new employees have a smooth transition into the organization.

3. HR Administration:

• Providing administrative support in maintaining HR records, files, and databases.
• Assisting in HR-related documentation and reports.

4. Employee Relations:

• Participating in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
• Assisting in resolving minor employee inquiries and issues.

5. Compliance:

• Assisting in ensuring HR practices and policies comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Human Resources, or Business
• Proficiency in Excel
• Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and efficiently on multiple assignments concurrently.
• Ability to structure unstructured problems.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Japanese is a plus

Job Description ;

- Plan and implement sales and activities in order to meet the outlet's KPI for retention growth and profitability, and to contribute to the executive management of the company.

- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.

Principal Responsibilities

• Work with Senior Portfolio Manager to develop, implement and execute investment strategies.
• Manage live portfolio risk daily to ensure the portfolio operates within defined risk limits.
• Research new investment ideas, building investment thesis or models.
• Hands on trading and execution.

Qualifications/Skills Required

• Bachelor or Master degree
• Experience with in a selected asset class, product, or region, demonstrating ability to develop, implement and execute investment strategies.
• Good communication skill to ensure efficient and smooth team collaboration
