· Bilingual in English and Mandarin as to communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.

The management executive is responsible for several material and equipment-related distribution procedures. Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs.

• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciles with data storage systems.
• Maintains the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layout.
• Plan and optmisize routes for each driver using in-house software to deliver more efficiently
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
• Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Improves staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
• Proficient with different computers opearting system such as Windows 10/11. MacOS is a plus.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in english
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Guide new employee how to use company in house software.
