· Create import & export jobs in system till Billing and file closure

· Liaise with Carrier / Co-loader for import shipment arrival & export shipment booking

· Liaise with Internal & External Customers for shipments arrangement

· Handle import & export custom permit

· Liaise with Transporter for import & export cargo handling

· Procure rates with Carrier / Co-loader

· Check origin/destination rate with overseas agent

· Support Sales for quotation

· Any ad-hoc matter assigned by superior

• Handle incoming phone calls, redirecting them as necessary while providing courteous and professional communication.
• Support the business leadership team with any ad hoc tasks to facilitate smooth business operations.
• Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations to ensure an efficient working environment.
• Provide executive support in handling confidential information and making travel arrangements when required.
