• Process incoming vendor invoices and match them with purchase orders, contracts, or delivery receipts.
  Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely payments to vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Financial Reporting & Reconciliation:

• Prepare regular financial reports for construction projects, such as daily or weekly cost summaries.
• Maintain and update accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) aging reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate tracking of project-related expenses.

Payroll Support:

• Assist in processing payroll for project teams, including tracking hours worked, calculating overtime, and managing deductions for labor costs.

Job Scope:

• Address customer inquiries and agent requests, providing timely updates on orders and shipments
• Coordinate transportation, trucking, and collections, working closely with carriers and clients
• Prepare customs permits and shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
• Manage bookings with shipping lines and consolidators, ensuring accurate schedules and on-time deliveries
• Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure seamless import/ export operations

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistic Management or equivalent
• Entry levels are welcomed, as full training provided
• Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping is a plus
