Job Responsibilities:

1 Responsible for delivering the company's warehouse goods to the establishment site;

2. Responsible for the loading and unloading of goods and the collection of goods;

3. Responsible for the signing and handover of bills;

4. According to the standard delivery procedures, safe, timely, standardized and efficient, and do a good job in delivering and picking up personnel;

5. Responsible for the cleaning of the car.

Job requirements:

1. Between 25-45 years old, high school education or above;

2. C4 or above, more than 3 years of driving experience, known traffic conditions;

3. Integrity, honesty and stability, punctual and dedicated;

4. Good health, no bad health, no record of safety accidents;

6. Working at Night Job, 6:00 pm – 3:00 am.

• Possesses deep experience in managing finished goods & spare parts logistics operations in SEAO region, especially in an outsourced 3rd party logistics (3PL) management environment
• Focuses on logistics and domestic distribution areas (including warehousing, inland transportation operations, home delivery & importation)
• Works closely with Subsidiaries’ logistics personnel to understand country-specific business requirements, logistics market trends, service and product offerings in the Consumer Electronics industry vertical
• Be responsible to analyze logistics cost data, identify areas of abnormality and ensure cost accuracy.
• Be responsible for identifying, analyzing and proposing process improvement initiatives and cost savings opportunities across Subsidiaries
• Implements all regional strategic initiatives and coordinates efforts with Subsidiaries’ logistics personnel in providing regional direction and project management support
• Be active in the role of consultancy and interaction with Suwon office and other regional counterparts in discussion and sharing of best practices in logistics operations.
• Due to business needs, to support translation (English to Korean) & prepare Korean reporting

Skills & Competencies:

• Experience with LE module in SAP or other major ERP suites
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills
• Demonstrate ability in auditing & resolving operational issues in an environment where logistics management is outsourced to a 3PL.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills – being persuasive and influential with stakeholders e.g. 3PL and/or subsidiaries logistics partners
• Experience in project management – ability to structure and execute projects, as well as manage key stakeholders and timeline
• Ability to multi-task, deliver on commitments and in accordance to timeline
• Creative thinking – active in pursuit of innovation and excellence in logistics processes and ability to execute the idea.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Logistics or Supply chain
• Proven track record in logistics operations and demonstrated experience in dealing with supply chain projects
• Good understanding of supply chain, freight management and contract logistics processes
• Experiences in 3rd party logistics company or operational experiences preferred
• Due to regular business communication and reporting requirements with HQ, business level proficiency in both English and Korean language would be highly desirable

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detall-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Assistant. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the daily operations of our logistics department. Basic data analysis skills are required to excel in this role.

Responsibilities:

1.Monitor and evaluate the performance of third-party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and key performance indicators.

2. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resoive any issues or inefficiencies in the logistics process.

3.Regularly check for stuck parcels and take necessary actions to ensure timely delivery.

4.Assist in monthly 3PLvolume forecasting. analyzing histoncal data and trends to predict future demand accurately.

5.Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze data related to logistics operations. identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

6.Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

7. Prepare reports and presentations on logistics performance,highlighting key findings and recommendations.

8.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics activities, such as performance reports, root cause analysis findings. and forecasting data.

9.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics management and data analysis.

10.Provide general administrativo support to the logistics department as needed.

Requirements:

1. Minimum diploma in logistics and/or supply chain management or relevant studied,

2. Basic understanding of logistics processes and terminology. 1-2 years logistics background is prefered.

3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and data analysis.

4. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools. SOL kowledge is an advantage.

7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Descriptions - Full spectrum of HR and Payroll function

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be part of the HR Team based in Singapore. This role requires you to handle end to end HR and payroll full function for the local brand.

HR Generalists

· Recruiting, retention, and talent succession

(Understand the organization's needs and make sure those needs are met when recruiting for new positions, means hire the right employee)

· Providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations when dealing with staff with complex and sensitive issues

· Monthly processing and checking of payroll/reimbursement (200 plus headcount)

· Maintains compliance with local employment laws, regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

· MOM work pass applications

· Oversees employee disciplinary meeting, investigationand termination.

· Providing information and answering employee questions related matters.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Administration

· Maintaining employee p-files records, leave management.

· Update Company policies,

· Conduct disciplinary actions. Provides counselling, support and guidance to employee.

· All other ad-hoc administrative duties

Payroll

· Timely and accurate submission/payment of statutory obligations

· Provide support on payroll matters, tax issues and time track matters.

· Manage day-to-day liaison with Internal / Payroll outsourcing partners closely, including monthly attendance metrics.

· Provide reconciliation of final payroll based on monthly accounting schedule.

Requirements

· A Level/Diploma/Degree

· At least 2 years of relevant experience in Payroll

· Fluent in oral and written communication in both English and Chinese, (with Malay language will be a bonus)

· Knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance to MOM, CPF and IRAS

· Hands-on experience on HR and Payroll software/system, e.g. Peoplepay, WhyzeHR
