About the role

This role exists to provide Logistics, Training and Compliance management for bpMS sea staff and line management of the logistics team. This includes recruitment, training and development, employee relations, chairmanship of the ‘Training Working Group’, and compliance with the relevant laws. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: You work as part of an office-based admin support to the ECS team of 4

sales engineers/director; coordinating between the sales team with customer/prospect visits, calls and e-mail.

• Provide support to Outdoor Sales Team on quotations and proposals
• Manage and follow-up tele-enquiries, email-enquiries
• Handling of incoming calls and collections
• Process of sales orders and ensure orders fulfilment
