The primary objective is to manage the regional sea logistics processes and improve the customer experience through operational excellence.
- Analysis, design and improvement of our processes and data quality (E2E).
- Identify strategic projects with management to drive operational excellence organization.
- Monitor the organizational and operational structure within the Sea Logistics organization with the aim of aligning processes and structures to customer needs.
- Lead developments for identified solutions and translate business requirements into technical execution.
- Support the implementation of best practices and methodologies to the major organization stakeholders.
- Work close with CCLs and implement business needs as required.
- Analyze risks and costs of process and organizational structure changes.
- Coordinate, establish and moderate workshops with the aim to deliver continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Asia, leading process excellence and continuous improvement projects on a regional scale
- Experience in global sea logistics systems and processes is crucial
