The Role
The Operations Executive is responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations, as well as the development of the line management team.
Lead a team of supervisors and assistants/contractors in their daily work activities to ensure smooth delivery operations

Facilitate collaborative logistics activities by coordinating meetings among regional factories to promote information sharing, process improvement, and innovation.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement in logistics practices across factory locations in Asia while encouraging creativity.
Ensure accuracy of product HS Codes and tariff descriptions by referencing Japan's HS codes; collaborate with Sales and Regional management for updates or changes.
Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements related to shipping practices.
Job Requirements:
Min Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Min 2-3 years in logistics or supply chain, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
Ability to analyze logistics data for informed decision-making.
Experience in negotiating rates with carriers and service providers.
Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
Knowledge of DX/BPR/RPA Systems: Familiarity with these systems is advantageous.
