• Communicate with forwarders and third-party logistics providers.
• Manage warehouse operations.
• Perform order fulfillment, including order tracking, invoice generation, and billing follow-up.
• Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, report generation, and documentation.
• Create Non-Stock Purchase Orders.
• Handle incoming calls and attend to visitors.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or Business or related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar industry.
• Proficient in using MS Office Applications.
• Good in presentation and negotiation skills.

• Handle recruitment process, onboarding and orientation of new staff

• Support HR administrative tasks, such as preparing HR-related reports, maintaining HR files, and updating HR policies and procedures as necessary
