The Role
The Operations Executive is responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations, as well as the development of the line management team.
Lead a team of supervisors and assistants/contractors in their daily work activities to ensure smooth delivery operations
Achieve smooth execution for various functions such as, customer accounts handling with zero complaints, and operating warehouse operation at cost-saving with maximum productivity and great efficiency
Maintain inventory physical stock and keeping track of damaged goods at 100% accuracy, and escalate unresolved discrepancies/ issues to immediate superior for further actions
Practice and engage safe work procedures, identify potential hazards, and recommend improvements to standard procedures
Take charge of monitoring and taking disciplinary actions on subordinates with poor performance and attendance

About You
Diploma/Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or a related field

Checking-in, greeting passengers upon their arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process.
Assisting passengers with special needs or providing customer service in exclusive premier lounges at Changi Airport.
Being responsible for buffet table presentations.
Handle meet/greet services at the reception area and perform basic computerized transactions.

Lead the documentation team in preparing, reviewing, and processing all necessary documents for import, export, and re-export activities, including the submission of Shipping Instructions, Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
Directly manage the preparation of documentation for both 3PL (Bonded Warehouse) and Trading operations.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of customs documentation using TradeNet.
Coordinate with carriers and forwarders to book container space for shipments, ensuring timely bookings to prevent delays.
Manage the logistics for import, export, and re-export shipments, liaising with carriers to facilitate smooth operations.
Monitor the status of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling Arrival Notices, Bills of Lading, Switch BL, and other shipment-related documentation.
Check Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) on Portnet.
Arrange shipments with hauliers to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and send quotations for 3PL services to customers.
Monitor and manage demurrage, storage, and detention charges, taking proactive steps to minimize costs.
Requirement
GCE ‘O’ Level / Nitec in Logistics or relevant discipline
2 - 3 years of relevant experience with TradeNet and possessing a TradeNet Declarant ID
Posses experience in ERP systems, particularly in multi-currency and inventory modules will be an added advantage
