The Role

• Perform warehousing and logistics functions such as receiving, putting away of goods, picking, and marshaling
• Perform housekeeping tasks
• Conduct physical counts to ensure the accuracy
• Practice safe work procedures and identify potential hazard
• Handle stocks & equipment with care
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

About You

• Experienced in cold room warehouse and logistics will be an advantage
• Familiar with warehouse management systems, such as Voice-Pick device
• Acquired a forklift license will be an advantage
• Ability to work 5 days per week including weekends

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer’s orders are processed in a timely and accurately manner
• Ensure reports are submitted on a timely to established customer’s schedules
• Investigate root-cause of operation incidents and service failures, make recommendation to the CS Managers / Management for improvements
• Liaise and update customer closely to resolve customer orders or shipments related issues
• Initial cycle count as per schedule
• Ensure proper keeping of cycle count sheet for audit trail purpose
• Be responsible in reconciling all stock discrepancies
• Inventory Management for Customer’s WMS system

• Collate and compute the monthly KPI report

• Perform system transaction (GR / GI) in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP
• Handling any other related ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Requirements:

· Possess working experience in warehouse environment and knowledge in WMS / SAP systems will be an advantage

· Possess forklift license or other experience in operating MHEs will be an advantage
