Key Responsibilities:
Work in a team to support the receiving of deliveries, putting away to storage supplies, picking of supplies for distribution and processing of condemn return items from users
Ensure supplies are fulfilled in hospital and perform daily housekeeping for the inventories
Generate reports for inventory related information
Monitor and review trends, participate in inventory management for the department / hospital
Perform accurate count during cycle count and stock take
Assist in administrative and operational needs for day to day running of store activities
Requirements:
GCE 'N' level or equivalent, with relevant store keeping experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic excel and inventory software and systems experience (eg SAP/WMS)
Good physical ability to lift heavy items

Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate shipments with transportation providers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics partners to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to secure timely deliveries and achieve operational KPIs.
Provide regular status updates on domestic and international shipments to support internal teams and external customers.
Collaborate with finance, business partners, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers for accurate shipment arrangements, documentation, cargo release, and final deliveries.
Work closely with freight and ocean forwarders to schedule shipments, track status, and ensure timely delivery.
Collect, analyze, and report logistics data; collaborate with stakeholders to improve metrics and KPIs for efficient logistics management.
Conduct monthly analyses of shipping data and present findings to management for informed decision-making.
Perform trend analysis to identify needed corrective actions and drive implementation of improvements based on findings.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement in logistics practices across factory locations in Asia while encouraging creativity.
Ensure accuracy of product HS Codes and tariff descriptions by referencing Japan's HS codes; collaborate with Sales and Regional management for updates or changes.
Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements related to shipping practices.
Job Requirements:
Min Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Min 2-3 years in logistics or supply chain, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
Ability to analyze logistics data for informed decision-making.
Experience in negotiating rates with carriers and service providers.
Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
Knowledge of DX/BPR/RPA Systems: Familiarity with these systems is advantageous.
Understanding of Regulatory Requirements: Knowledge of customs regulations, shipping laws, and compliance standards relevant to logistics.

Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in Logistics or a related field.

Demonstrated proficiency in logistics management, including material handling, equipment coordination, and project-based logistics planning.
Solid understanding of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management principles, with proven experience in logistics tracking, monitoring, and reporting.
Familiarity with maintenance scheduling for lifting equipment and gear, as well as compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards.
