   Explain and walk the ground if there is any urgent orders with operation team. Resolve any issues that might encountered during operation and report to superior in a timely manner.
3. Data Entry and Invoicing:Enter pick data accurately into the system to generate invoices for specific customers and dispatch routes.
   Assist in maintaining up-to-date inventory records and month-end billing processes.
4. Customer Service:Handle customer inquiries, including goods returns, in a courteous and professional manner.
   Provide timely updates to clients regarding order status and shipment tracking.
5. Inventory Management Support:Assist in inventory control activities, such as cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
   Work with warehouse staff to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize discrepancies.
6. Ad Hoc Duties:Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by management to support warehouse operations and overall business objectives.
