• Perform functional configuration, system maintenance, and business process testing for ongoing NetSuite projects and improvements
• Maintain the NetSuite application and other related third-party business applications for internal users
• Active participation in UAT for system changes
• Work closely with business partners, internal stakeholders, and Finance Digital Transformation team
• Assist the Finance department with data analysis, reporting needs, and support their optimized use of NetSuite
• Tracking, troubleshooting and resolution of system errors/issues
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization and integrations
• Provide internal NetSuite Cases support (new saved searches, reports, KPIs, dashboards, user roles, etc.)
• Create business and technical documentation – customizations, workflows, and business processes, and keeping all documentation up to date
• Support all aspects of external and internal audit as related to financial systems
• Support all end user requests and provide issue resolution for NetSuite internal users
• Be a business-minded thought leader; building business case and driving development requirements towards best practice and industry standards

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years experience with NetSuite ERP implementation, administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations
• Experience in NetSuite OneWorld and Financial modules is a must (GL, Fixed Assets, Lease, AP/AR, Tax, Close management,...)
• Familiarity with NetSuite Roles and Permissions, Custom records, CSV imports, page layouts, workflows, saved searches, reports and dashboards
• Knowledge of scripting is a plus
• Experience collaborating with teams/users across regions
• Ability to analyze problems, develop and recommend solutions and resolve issues

• Be responsible to support day-to-day operations in the warehouse environment by performing monitor and coordinate deliveries and shipments.

Position: Delivery Driver Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Full Day) Note: Public Holidays (PH) and Sundays are off. However, drivers may be required to work shifts depending on manpower needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery:
• Operate a 10ft freezer truck (with cabin height) to deliver goods to various locations.
• Responsible for loading, unloading, and delivering products safely to customers.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to all assigned destinations.
• Route Management:
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes, ensuring all scheduled deliveries are completed within designated timeframes.
• Communicate with the office to report any issues or delays encountered during the delivery process.
• Pickup and Return:
• Daily pickup of stock from the west side warehouse (location to be specified) for delivery to various destinations.
• Vehicle Maintenance and Cleanliness:
• Ensure the assigned truck is kept in good working condition by performing basic maintenance checks (e.g., tire pressure, fuel levels).
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the truck, especially the freezer section.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including stock inventory, delivery logs, and any necessary documentation.
• Ensure that goods are delivered as per customer requirements and receive proper signatures for confirmation.

Requirements:

• SG Class 3 Driver's License: Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 license to drive a 10ft freezer truck.
• Experience: Previous experience in delivery driving or similar roles is a plus but not required.
• Physically Fit: Ability to handle the loading/unloading of goods and manage the demands of driving a truck.
• Good Communication Skills: Ability to interact with customers and the office team for smooth operations.
• Dependable: Punctuality and consistent attendance are critical for maintaining service levels.
