Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
- Answer inquiries, provide information about products or services, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve customer complaints and concerns by offering solutions or escalating issues to the appropriate department.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company products/services to assist customers effectively and guide them toward the best solutions.
- Assist customers with order processing, returns, exchanges, and shipping inquiries.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers’ needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Accurately log customer interactions, complaints, feedback, and resolutions in CRM systems.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards, including customer confidentiality and data protection.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer service (Experience in logistics industry is an advantage).
