Senior Project Executive- Location Jurong Pier- East Singapore

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Project Executive in Contract Logistics, the incumbent would be responsible

in overseeing and coordinating project activities for a supported client and ensuring a

smooth and effective project execution. The incumbent will contribute to the company’s

goals of service and operational excellence.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

 Coordinate project activities for a supported client in contract logistics and

ensuring a smooth and effective project execution as per agreed service

agreements.

 Manage deadlines, budgets, and resources effectively.

 Be the main point of contact for the client with regards to their operations and

requirements.

 Provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders whenever required to.

 Liaised and partner with both internal departments and external stakeholders to

ensure the project activities and requirements are effectively and timely

executed.

 To monitor the progress of all projects related activities and to initiate timely

interventions to ensure the progress are within the deadlines and agreed service

agreements.

 To support initiatives to improve operational processes and executions.

 To ensure compliance with all prevailing, policies, procedures

as well as external requirements.

 Preparation or reports and documentations related to project activities.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.

OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES

- Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Service oriented

- Knowledge of contract logistics operations

- Knowledge of project cargoes operations – offshore and marine is beneficial

- Meticulous

- Experience or possess knowledge in offshore and marine operations is an advantage.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Possess Tertiary qualifications.

- Experienced in contract logistics operations and managing projects related to contract

logistics

- Minimum 3 Years of experience in a relevant/similar capacity.

Salary up to 4000-4500
