Responsibilities & Requirements:

1) Picking and delivering inventories (frozen meat including pork and seafood) to and fro our own warehouses.

2) Ad-hoc delivery trips when required.

3) Fit enough to operate pallet jack with load.

4) Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle.

5) Class 3 license.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction and maintain loyalty.
2. Build and maintain a high level of trust and confidence with customers.
3. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely updates on shipment or delivery statuses.
4. Understand and support individual customer processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
5. Track and achieve customers’ monthly KPIs, ensuring they meet agreed targets.
6. Adhere to internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and quality assurance policies.
7. Comply with requirements under ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 standards within the Integrated Management System (IMS).
8. Contribute to achieving IMS policy goals and objectives.
9. Collaborate with supervisors to suggest and implement process improvements.
10. Take on additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service or logistics operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and logistics management systems.
• Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 45001, 22301) is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
