JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure operation procedures and practices are in line with company standard
• Organizing and maintaining the warehouse
• Basic warehouse duties - picking, packing, stock taking and inventory management
• Perform incoming, receiving, bulk break, verification of cargo & kitting
• Perform cycle counting related activities

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 years of formal primary education in country of origin
• Able to understand, read, write and speak simple English

Have to be familar with loose cargo & container operations, customs regulations, shipments and port regulations, including import & export.

To liaise with customers on their request for our transport services.

To assist operation controller with planning next day route details and assign jobs to drivers.

To assist with data entry on drivers jobs in google drive.

To assist with quotations for customers.

To apply LTA permits for oversized vehicles and CISCO escort

Job Scope

• Delivering loose cargo from one point to another
• Internal Shifting of cargo
• Liaising with and assisting customers further
• Drive Trailer Truck and proper lashing of belts

Job Requirement

• 6 days work week
• Class 4/5 Driving License
• Related experience will be preferred
• No education requirement
• Can start work immediately

Responsibilities:

1. Manages the warehouse and shipping & receiving functions.
2. Maintains the accuracy of information in the Oracle Process module as well as the accuracy of the physical inventory.
3. Sets the minimum/maximum in the Oracle system, including maximizing the inventory turnovers to prevent expiration of raw materials.
4. Collaborate with key internal functions such as Operations Team, Business Support Team to provide excellence in supply chain visibility, responsiveness, cost effectiveness and on-time-in-full delivery to key stakeholders.
5. Strategically planning and managing logistics, warehouse operations, transportation and customer services
6. Responsible for the overall logistics of the facility including but not limited to inventory control, packaging, shipping and receiving – manage daily activity in these areas and work closely with Senior Logistics Administrator in the warehouse.
7. To assist warehouse activities as and when required when incoming/outgoing shipment volume is high.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3-5 years experience in a logistic/warehousing role

2. Diploma in related field of study such as Supply Chain or Logistics Management preferred.

3. Oracle System knowledge preferable & Intermediate excel skills preferable.

4. Capable of working independently, self-motivator with and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

5. Computer knowledge Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Words

6. Ability to work irregular hours and under pressure when required.
