Requirements

• Certificates or qualifications equivalent to Diploma Education
• Minimum of 5 years of related working experience preferred
• Proficient in written and spoken English / Chinese
• Good related customer service/sales coordination experience
• Able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision

Job Scope

-Physically fit.

-Able to drive 14 ft and 24 ft Lorry with Tailgate.

-Retrieving pallets of goods from Project Area and unloading at warehouse in the east.

-Able to stack loose goods on pallets.

-Maintaining good hygiene and condition of the lorry.

Working hours - 1pm to 10pm

• Picking and packing customers' orders
• To label and ensure the labels are correctly affixed
• Sorting out incoming shipment
• General housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized work area of warehouse
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• High leave of attention to details and strong focus on accuracy in work
• To report immediately to your immediate superior on any problem encountered in the day-to-day operations
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Job Description

• Support buddy system within the team on day-to-day operational handling.
• Manage trucking activities to fullfill customers' delivery requirement.
• Deploy Prime Mover drivers to perform trucking activites.
• Ensure all drivers follow and perform safety checklist and requirements at all time to achieve zero accident.
• Monitor truck and delivery status to optimize resources.
• Ensure all Prime Mover drivers are aware of specific customer requirements.
• Perform CMS / CTR booking.
• Knowledge of Portnet and shipping document.
• Liaise with workshop on vehicle repair / routine servicing.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assisgned by the Management.
• Independent and willingly to learn.
• On-the Job training provided.
