Job Description for Logistics Coordinator:

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinatorto join our team. In this role, you will oversee and manage the efficient flow of trucking operations and resources across various clients’ projects. You will leverage your strengths in administration, truck management, and coordination to ensure the seamless execution of logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administration:
   • Maintain accurate records of timesheets, check ins and outs, and shift schedules.
   • Prepare and update data records, manpower reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
   • Coordinate with management and finance teams to ensure proper invoicing and payment processing related to trucking operations
   • Attending client site visits and participation in all client/management discussions and meetings are required (on a required basis).
2. Coordination:
   • Coordinate all trucking activities between multiple groups of driver resources, management for clients.
   • Act as the main point of contact for clients, drivers and management to ensure timely deliverables, and problem resolution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:
  • Proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management.
  • Experience in administrative tasks related to logistics manpower operations (e.g., data entry, reporting, documentation).
  • Demonstrated experience managing manpower and coordinating teams.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
