About the Role:

We are hiring on behalf of our client in the shipping industry. The Shipping Logistics Associate will assist in the coordination of vessel supply procurement and delivery, supporting seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing customer orders, breaking them down for supplier quotes.

• Compile supplier quotes and update customers on pricing and order status.

• Monitor the delivery of goods to assigned locations, ensuring smooth operations.

• Support the packing and loading of goods and maintain logistics documentation.

• Help prepare contracts, invoices, and keep records organized.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in shipping logistics or a related field, with basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to communicate with a diverse clientele.

• Familiarity with office software and logistics tools.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player with good communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilites

• Oversee and coordinate with a team of packers with regards to management expectation
• Planning of rostering/scheduling within own department
• Supporting of Logistics team when needed
• Packing of orders base on productino numbers
• Delivery of orders if needed
• Warehouse duties
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Must be able to work for 5 days per week including weekends and Public Holiday
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Must be physically fit and able to carry boxes
• Proctive, fast and result-orientated individual
• Working hours: 10.30pm to 7am
