Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Fleet Coordinator cum Warehouse Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for planning delivery routes, assigning jobs to drivers, overseeing warehouse inventory, and managing container unstuffing operations. You will also be involved in various ad hoc duties to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate delivery routes to optimize efficiency and meet customer requirements.
• Assign jobs to drivers and monitor their progress to ensure timely deliveries.
• Oversee warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and stock levels.
• Manage container unstuffing operations, including coordinating with warehouse staff and ensuring proper handling of goods.
• Perform regular inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and other relevant information.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to deliveries and warehouse operations.
• Assist with other ad hoc duties as required by the logistics team.

Job Summary:As a Motorcycle Delivery Man, you will be responsible for efficiently transporting goods and documents from one location to another using a motorcycle. Your duties will include picking up items from designated locations, ensuring their safe and timely delivery to customers or recipients, and maintaining accurate records of deliveries. You will need to adhere to traffic regulations and safety standards while navigating through various routes to ensure prompt and secure delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS

· Valid Class 3 driving license

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily meetings to address logistics-related manufacturing NCs.
• Validate defects with QC support, providing corrective action recommendations.
• Resolve logistics issues with proper containment and corrective measures.
• Manage complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement improvements.
• Lead quarterly audits, report findings, and ensure timely closures.
• Prepare quality guidelines and instructions.
• Oversee raw material warehouse quality supporting manufacturing.
• Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly logistics reports for customer review.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Supply Chain or related study
• Min 3 years of quality experience in manufacturing setting, well wersed in methodologies such as CAPA, GDPMDS and Six Sigma
