The Job

• Responsible for daily logistics operation including shipping and facilitate cross border cargo clearance either by Land, Air or Sea Frieght

The Job:

E-Commerce Operations

• Point of contact between HQ/Brands and Operations team to ensure all requirements from Brands are aligned
• Identify and solve critical issues relating to e-commerce order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Maintain healthy stock level for all packaging materials by reviewing and providing recommendations for weekly packaging materials replenishment, ordering new stocks and coordinating with stakeholders on incoming stock arrival

Projects

The Talent:

• Diploma holder in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent
• Prior experience within the Supply Chain industry in areas of Purchasing, Logistics, e-Commerce Operations, Warehouse Management
