Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels to identify potential shortages or overstocks.
Implement and maintain inventory control systems and procedures.
Purchasing and Procurement: Process purchase orders and track deliveries.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately input inventory data into the inventory management system.
Generate reports on inventory levels, usage, and purchasing trends.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
Operations: Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Proficiency in inventory management software
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
