We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to our office in Singapore, who can work independently as well as in a team.

As Customer Service Executive, you will have an outgoing and driving role with a broad interface both within the company as well as with customers and suppliers. Your most important task will be to work with domestic and overseas clients including the global organization and provide excellent service for all shipments assigned to you.

The job:

• Manage shipping documentation formalities

• Coordination and planning of incoming components, finished materials to and from the APAC shipping and manufacturing facilities including Third Party Manufacturing (TPMs), including inbound, outbound and return shipments and ensure correct customs clearance or bonded status of the products

• Print dispatch documents and secures document conformity and corrects discrepancies.
• Check’s clearance of Transit Documents on a daily base and keep close contact with Customs and 3rd Party Service provide & ensure constant data flow. Solves issues with customs self-dependent.
• Performs the administrative execution of all the activities related to outbound shipments on a daily basis and update systems associated.
