Job Scopes

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
• Billing and Invoicing: Process and manage invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
• Order Fulfillment and Billing: Receive and process orders from e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee), ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
• Warehouse Coordination: Liaise with warehouses to ensure efficient storage and dispatch of goods.
• Partner Coordination: Collaborate with partners to resolve any logistical and payment issues .
• Data Entry: Accurately key in data for inventory, invoices, and orders.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics administration or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.

If you do not have any experience, we will provide you with training.

Your job is to assist the main controller, and step up as main controller in the event the main controller is away/on leave.

We need a team player who can work well with others and communicate clearly.

Logistics Planning and Coordination:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate the transportation and delivery of goods to ensure timely and efficient operations.
• Take charge of drivers and delivery assistants.
• Concise communication with the crew to ensure given jobs are completed timely.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to streamline supply chain processes.
• Coordinate with customers to advise the ETA and resolve customer queries.
• Monitor shipment schedules, track shipments, and resolve any delays or issues.
• Optimize delivery routes and minimize transportation costs.

Team and Vendor Management:

• Supervise and coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and third-party logistics providers.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate service agreements.
• Conduct periodic performance evaluations of logistics service providers.

Container/Warehouse Receiving:

• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Oversee container unstuffing, including receiving, storing and dispatching goods.

Problem-Solving and Reporting:

• Address operational challenges, such as delivery delays or damaged goods.
• Analyze logistics data and prepare reports to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Recommend and implement process improvements for overall operations.

• Salary range: $4000 to $5000
• Working hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 10am to 5pm –6pm (flexible) 7.5 hours/day

Job Description

• Lead and mentor team members to develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, increase revenue and expand market share in both existing and new markets
• Work closely with team to enhance their proficiency and product knowledge, enabling them to sell effectively to our distributors and retailers
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Drive business by identifying new business opportunities, drive growth through identifying and meeting potential clients and building positive relationships
• Facilitate clear communication across departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while meeting sales targets
• Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, customer demands and suggest ways for improvements
• Dashboard reporting on sales performance for product line and distributor/region sales through data collection and analysis
• Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely, accurate and cost-effective delivery of products
• Oversee inventory management, monitor products availability
• Coordinate with warehouses, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to resolve any issues and ensure smooth shipping and fulfilment
• Generate reports, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, shipments, inventory levels and other logistics-related data
• Support in internal and external audits

Requirements

• Min Degree in Business, Sales, Logistics & Supply Chain or any relevant field of study
• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a sales or business development role or equivalent
• Possess leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team, experience in managing budgets and forecasting sales targets
• Possess driving license class 3/3A
• Able to travel overseas for business trips when required
• Open to work in warehouse when required
• Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in the SAP system with accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics processes, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage and prepare documentation for Letters of Credit, ensuring compliance with international trade standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor shipment schedules and proactively address any delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipping, invoicing, and customer communications.
• Support cross-functional teams in improving logistics workflows and enhancing customer experiences.
