Source and negotiate with LSPs for favourable contractual terms
Drive improvements for day-to-day logistics operations and develop mitigation plans for any potential logistics disruptions.
Verify suppliers‘ invoices for all freight and LSP related activities
Handle system transactions for all delivery related activities.
Warehouse Management
Manage and coordinate all 3PL related activities.
Ensure accuracy in inventory records and transactions performed at on-site warehouse, 3PL and toller warehouse.
Manage stock-take including reconciliation process and root cause corrective action analysis and follow ups.
Drive improvements for day-to-day warehouse operations with 3PL and implement cost-down or efficiency projects where feasible
Management of waste disposal coordination with waste disposal vendor including e-Tracking.
Others
Support ad-hoc warehouse system related transactions.
Provide statistics record as and when requested.
Create NCM records for all logistics and warehouse related non-conformance issues.
HS Code classification checking with SG customs.
Ensure SOPs are updated.
Any other tasks or projects as assigned by HOD.
Requirements:
Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or Business Admin
At least 5 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain and warehouse operations
Experience in manufacturing environment and dangerous goods will be advantageous
Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
SAP experience with WMS knowledge preferred

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
20+ years in logistics or supply chain management, with a proven track record in regional hubbing, B2B sectors (preferably in chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors).
Deep knowledge of data analytics, logistics software, and experience negotiating with forwarders and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
Strong problem-solving, decision-making abilities, and continuous improvement mindset. Capable of managing complex logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in managing large-scale regional logistics networks or hubbing operations in a multinational organization.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide, mentor, and inspire high-performance teams.

Responsibilities include:
Upkeep of warehouse and studio space
Packing, picking, sorting items
Furniture deliveries – Assembly & Disposal
Furniture repairs and maintenance
Work with warehouse manager and delivery manager
Support store operations
Team player and optimistic attitude
Requirements:
Able to speak and write basic English
Able to work overtime
Able to carry heavy items
Experienced with house moving will be preferred

Training provided
Basic salary $2,300 - $2,500 + Overtime
Variable performance bonuses
Working hours 9am – 6pm, 5 days a week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend only)
Oversee and check proper loading/ unloading of goods
Liaise with freight forwarders, vendors, and customers for collection and delivery of goods in Singapore and overseas
Tracking of shipments
Ensure smooth execution of daily operational job orders and delivery arrangement
Respond and resolve urgent customer demand in a timely manner
