• Maintaining records of calibration date of equipment
• Updating database on equipment’s calibration date
• Assist in local delivery
• Loading and unloading of items
• Housekeeping and upkeep of warehouse safety standard
• Ensure accordance to company standards, industry standards, QHSSE policy and local regulations

About you

• GCE “O/N” level or Certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
• Relevant working experience in logistics and/or warehousing
• Valid Class 3 driving license is essential
• Forklift license is recommended
• Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software, i.e., Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 15kgs

We are seeking a Logistics Officer at our Central Kitchen to perform daily receiving of incoming stock, warehousing, and packing of outgoing stock.

Details:

• Work Days: Monday to Saturday
• Work Hours: 8am to 5pm (12pm on Saturday)
• Salary: $1,800 to $2,000

Job Description:

• Receive stock and issue stock.
• Perform documentation for receiving and issuing stock.
• Monitor stock levels for both cold room and dry-store, and to ensure compliance with FEFO rule.
• Perform weekly stock cycle count, month end inventory and stock replenishment function.
• Maintain work place cleanliness and tidiness.
• Provide support for all warehouse and logistics functions as instructed by Logistics Manager.
