RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for testing, operate and maintain automated machinery
• Involve in developing and implementing Logistics System, improvement upgrades, maximize efficiency, control maintenance costs and reduce downtime.
• Prepare project materials, cost analyses, estimate yearly retrofit budget and Spare parts management.
• Train the maintenance staffs for new work methodology, observe team& Safety requirements and provide necessary instructions.
• Maintain the reliability and the performance of the all automation and networks systems in the automation layer.
• Utilize equipment Error logs, Event reports, and analysis data from computerized maintenance systems to track equipment reliability.
• Daily checklists review, records equipment PM Work on internal and external service teams.Maintain liaisons with other departments to provide necessary support and assist regular MOM PE inspection.
• Able to communicate with oversea IT Online support, Hotline Software Engineers in UK, Australia, Italy and understand the steps to follow up during the troubleshooting with minimum guidance

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar field.
• Experience in automation control products such as Siemens IPC, PLC, HMI, SCADA, TIA portal, Various drives and Software hardware.
• Knowledge on Auto CAD, Microsoft PowerPoint and Operation System knowledge will be preferred. Experience with automation equipment such as Conveyors, Lifter, ASRS. Food Procession machines and robotics systems.
• Skills on the electrical testing equipment, dB readings, Inverters settings, Calibration.
• A highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and Cold Room environment in order to complete the daily Operation functions. i.e, Ensuring 24-7 Up running, fast moving technologies, new concepts, complex systems and operation timescales will influence your day-to-day work
• Strong time management skills, self-motivated and able to complete Logistics Maintenance projects, repairs or troubleshooting.
• Hand-on troubleshooting expertise and attention to details.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proven work experience in Industrial Automation System.
