For Materials Team

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse duties including Inbound receiving, sorting and put-away, and allocating storage space for goods.
• Physical and quantity checking of goods, materials vs DO.
• Record and report any damaged, missing inventory or faulty of goods to Supervisors.
• Support and manage warehouse inventory, stock take and labelling.
• Perform GRN (Goods Received Note) via SAP system.

Requirements

• Min GCE “N” / “O” levels or certificates in related field with 2 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of SAP system and IOR requirement is an advantage
• Ablility to handle pallet jack equipment
• Basic knowledge in Micosoft Word, Excel & Outlook

• Handling day to day logistics / delivery operations
• Liaise with external parties and coordinate shipments with respective customers/service provider.
• Prepare purchase order, delivery order and shipping documents
• Ensure timely submission, status tracking of all shipments and necessary reports
• Other logistics duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Nitec / O level
• 1 to 2 years relevant experience
• Mon - Fri (8am to 5pm) / Alternate Saturday (8am to 12pm)
• Work location at Tuas area (Company transport provided at Jurong Point)
• AWS / Variable Bonus
