Responsibilities:

• Forklift Operations: Safely operate a forklift to transport goods, materials, and inventory within the warehouse or production facility.
• Loading and Unloading: Responsible for loading and unloading materials from trucks, ensuring that goods are properly stacked and stored.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory checks, ensuring that stock is well-organized and accurately recorded.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and operational guidelines while using the forklift and handling materials.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic checks and maintenance on the forklift to ensure it remains in good working condition.

Responsibilities as Logistics Specialist

Focused on ensuring that the whole logistics operation and activities in always flowing efficiently

Preparing shipping documentation (such as Packing list, Commercial invoice, Shipping docs as per customer and PM requirements)

• Prepare shipping document attestations, legalizations, COO, temp import / export.
• Communicate with Freight forwarders for shipment pickup.
• Maintain tracker for Inbound / Outbound shipments.
• Report preparation upon request.
• Initiate spot quote for freight & material handling equipment.
• Optimize transportation & logistics cost, negotiating rates with carriers & identify cost saving opportunities.

We are looking for an organized and proactive After-Sales Executive to manage export shipments, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth after-sales operations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external vendors.
