Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

· Lead the design and deployment of new IT systems and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.

Strategic Innovation and Risk Mitigation:

· Analyse business requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders to develop innovative IT solutions.

· Re-engineer current business processes through strategic innovation of IT services and applications.

· Implement cost control measures through productive use of IT applications and services.

· Monitor IT systems' performance, identify risks and threats, and propose strategic solutions for risk mitigation.

Job Scope

• Maintain efficient operations at the control centre, upholding the highest standards of customer service.
• Oversee and coordinate daily tasks to ensure a seamless control centre operation.
• Collaborate with team members to evaluate lapse, rectify, and recommend changes.

Requirements

• Experience in CRM
• Familiar with Singapore traffic rules and regulations
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical logistics
• Candidates who can start work immediately or on short notice will have an added advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assemble and secure cargo on Unit Load Devices (ULDs) or pallets according to the flight or delivery plan.
• Follow load plans to maximize space and weight distribution efficiency.
• Verify documentation to ensure cargo is correctly labeled and routed.
• Conduct visual checks to confirm cargo condition before and after build-up.
• Ensure that hazardous materials, oversized items, or fragile cargo are handled and labeled appropriately.
• Comply with workplace safety regulations and company SOPs during all operations
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to handle cargo efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution centre preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work afternoon shifts and occasional overtime as needed.
