• Lead and organize WSH meetings, conduct sites inspection, audit and follow up on actions such as observation report e.g. CAPA
• To lead and drive SHE initiatives and programs and to strengthen safety culture of our workforce and ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
• Organize safety trainings, safety promotions and safety awareness.
• Be the conduit between Company and Safety regional team for information sharing and reporting request. Prepare and submit safety reports in accordance to company and Singapore requirement.
• Responsible for risks assessments which include review, maintain and update risk assessments in accordance to the current Workplace Safety and Health Act’s (WSHA) requirement.
• Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health/Environmental Control regulations and statutory requirements
• To conduct incident and accident investigations and maintain proper documentation of all safety records.
• File accident and injury reports to Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
• Assist the conduct of emergency response drill.
• Support ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor Security Management:
• Evaluate current security processes and systems and stay abreast of legislative security requirements and industry best practices.
• Be in charge of security related matters such as outsource partners
• Review security procedures and security management timely for improvement initiatives and to address evolving risks.

Experience / Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Professional certification in Workplace Safety & Health
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with MOM (Preferably)
• FSM certification, Biz Safety Level 2
• Manage Work at Height Certificate- Assessor/ Manager
• Preferably with knowledge of local legislation e.g.WSH/SCDF/NEA, Ready to act in emergencies, knowledge in WSH Act, ISO45001, ISO14001, Security Management System
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Position Summary

This position is responsible for guiding a team of logistic coordinators associates in the provision of logistics operational functions such as customer service, trucking coordination and the generation and maintenance of operations documents, reports, correspondence and expenses. Assist the Supervisor operations in the daily office activities and communications to customers.

About the role

As a regional account manager, you will ensure the delivery of expected outcomes along with providing high quality services to our FMCG customers. Reporting to the Head of FMCG Vertical in ASPAC, the role is expected to manage, develop and facilitate growth of existing and targeted accounts within the FMCG Vertical.  It will be your responsibility to come up with strategies to develop and/or maintain Bollore’s position with existing and prospective FMCG accounts. You will also be required to work cross-functionally to participate in tender opportunities, draft legal contracts, as well as generate performance reports in order to position Bollore towards successful business acquisitions.

What you will be doing

1. Extend Bollore’s reach within Asia Pacific region

• Identify Key Account targets in Asia Pacific region
• Study the FMCG market, inclusive but not limited to, competitors, carriers, manufacturers, market trends, fluctuations and changes.
• Work with Vertical Lead to develop, grow & capture market share among existing and targeted FMCG accounts with the ASPAC Region
• Effectively Interact with our network to support overall FMCG development, work with local sales teams in achieving targeted growth for each entity
• Act as internal consultant and share know-how about the vertical
• Send sales leads to network in order to increase Bollore Logistics’ presence in ASPAC
• Establish a referencing strategy for regional or international accounts
• Develop relationships with prospective key accounts to promote Bollore Logistics and obtain the opportunity to participate for future tenders
• Represent Bollore Logistics to lead and participate in tender process (RFP/RFI/RFQ) for FMCG accounts
• Promote Bollore Logistics services and key Asia stations and regions
• Implement new business strategies to gather sales leads and expand new FMCG customer base

2. Service support

• Determine a tariff policy in conjunction with Middle Office and Regional Sales Management
• Participate in negotiations with suppliers
• Monitor customer account profitability and problems linked to receipts with site managers
• Transfer obtained contracts to Operations team in order to provide high quality service to customers
• Support services or operation sites through advising on relevant SOPs

3. Synthesis of information



• Consolidate statistical elements from various operations for reporting purposes
• Report sales actions undertaken to further develop key customer accounts
• Update CRM with weekly activities and monthly reports for key accounts

The successful candidate

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree and above
• At least 10 years’ experience in a fast paced and dynamic MNC environment
• Prior experience in the logistics/warehousing industry
• Prior experience in key account management (preferably in ASPAC region)

Job Description

1-1. Overall Operations Supervision

- Supervise overall warehouse operations including SG local transportation from/to company’s warehouse(s)

- Establish and monitor the basic practice and implementation such as MHE pre-inspection, daily-walk-about in the respective work environment with the support from section leads below SLM

- Supervise and monitor WSH monthly reports and take a lead to close any negative findings.

- Receive an external or/and internal escalation upon any deviation or potential risk of deviation from the set KPIs.

- Provide the respective section leads with the relevant guidance and direction whereby how to adjust, correct, or upgrade daily operations.

1-2. Overall Operations Projects Supervision

- Delegate the respective tasks to the respective section leads by determining a schedule.

- Monitor the completion of respective project tasks.

- Receive any escalation from the section leads upon any potential delay or obstacles.

- Provide the respective section leads with the relevant advice and guidance for their clear understanding. - Schedule and arrange any internal session for internal alignments in case of any potential issues, especially the severe ones.

- Properly and timely escalate the potential risks to the direct superior.

1-3. Operations Resource Planning

- Come up with operations manpower resource planning.

- Conduct recruitment interviews in case of additional manpower resources to bring into the operations team.

- Exercise any warning session(s) or termination session(s) related to the respective section leads

1-4. Warehouse P/L Control

- Analyse monthly department P/L starting from sales revenue, direct cost, indirect cost up to gross profit with the direct superior.

- Come up with some proposals to improve our sales or/and cost for further discussion and finalisation with the direct superior.

3. Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a managerial position in 3PLWarehouse operations environment.

About the role

Reporting to the VP of Ocean team, and as part of the Trade Performance Centre (TPC) team, this role will manage allocation on trade lanes as negotiated, while also liaising with carriers and other TPC teams to monitor overall performance.

What you will be doing

Allocation Management

• Allocation Management on different Trade Lanes according to the agreements negotiated by the MO procurement team with the shipping companies for all FAK/NVOCC/NAC BASKET/NAC contracts
• Development and maintenance of allocation cards

Liaising with carriers

• Management of the Space / Equipment release with carriers
• Follow up on allocation compliance specifically on contracts subject to DeadFreight

Coordination with the network

• Work closely with other TPC teams to ensure continuous improvements and increase productivity
• Ensure that agreed SOPs are in place and respected in order to increase TPC visibility on the overall process and that data quality is improving
• Improved visibility of schedule carriers
• Conduct needs assessments and performance monitoring for communications with EU network
• Maintain dynamic communication across the network through specific flashes to inform of opportunities or difficulties.

As a Customer Logistics Planner for Asia Pacific-China (APCN), you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the supply chain operations for APCN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics planning, preferably with proven experience in logistics planning or a similar role in the Asia Pacific region including internships or background in logistics planning or supply chain management.
