1. Position Description

Reporting to the Assistant/Operations Manager, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for keeping track of incoming and outgoing inventory in the ERP/WMS system tallies with physical stocks. Primary Function

Able to tolerate in vietnamise language

Responsible for the delivery and unloading of the Company’s goods to customer locations, meeting internal schedule and quality standards.

Planning deliveries and deployment of drivers.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Organize and load goods for delivery.

Deliver goods in company owned vehicles by using the most efficient delivery routes.

Perform general warehouse duties e.g. packing, loading and unloading of goods etc.

Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and report any maintenance problems to superior.

Undertake any other duties in relation to your job scope, as assigned by your superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

Well organized, self-motivated and a “can do” attitude

Possess minimum 1 years of supervisory experience

Customer Focus with strong communication skills

Attentive to details with a high degree of accuracy

Adaptable within a fast paced changing work environment.
