Job Responsibilities:

• Transport vehicles between locations for service, sales, and delivery purposes, ensuring timely and safe movement of vehicles.
• Coordinate vehicle pickups and deliveries for maintenance, detailing, or customer handover, following company procedures and schedules.
• Inspect vehicles before and after transportation to ensure they are in proper condition and report any issues to the relevant department.
• Maintain clear communication with the service and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate vehicle tracking.
• Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations, ensuring the safe and efficient transport of company or customer vehicles.

About the team

Responsible for ByteDance automotive industry product sales, mainly focusing on passenger and non-passenger vehicle OEM, dealers, suppliers, mobility services providers. Products and solutions include LLM, cloud services, autonomous driving solutions, digital cockpit solutions, digital marketing solutions and global automotive solutions, etc.

Responsibilities

1. Mainly responsible for the sales of overseas automotive cloud solutions, including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS. Targeting passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, dealers, mobility companies, as well as upstream and downstream service providers in the industry.

2. Products and solutions include LLM, cloud services, autonomous driving solutions, digital cockpit solutions, digital marketing solutions , etc.

3. Analyze the changes in customer needs, and provide suggestions for the company to improve its products and solutions.

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in KA in the automotive industry, familiar with LLM, cloud services, autonomous driving solutions, digital cockpit solutions, digital marketing solutions, and have customer resources.

Preferred qualifications:

- Strong communication and adaptability, good sales skills, proactive personality, and a strong sense of teamwork.

- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

Job Description

• Delivery of fruits and vegetables according to assignment schedule
• Other duties assigned by managers
• Support overtime when required
• Ensure all the deliveries are conducted in safe and service orientated manner
• Regular maintenance of vehicle
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
• Meticulous and ability to complete tasks within deadline
• loading and unloading company products in safely manner

Requirements

• Class 3/4 license
• Understand and read instructions in English or Mandarin.
• Must be physically fit
• Able to work independently
• Able to work on weekends

• Singapore Based (Penjuru lane - Transport provided at Jurong East)
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Diploma in Marine Engineering or similar; past experience in marine cranes & deck machinery required

Job scopes:

• Manage day-to-day operations and coordination of afloat repairs, load testing & inspection services on ships in Singapore and the region.
• Assist Service Manager in handling the company’s field service operations, in technical, operational and commercial matters
• Prepare quotations, costing for invoice, tools & equipment lists and procurement of parts.
• Manage and coordinate service job execution.
• Liaise with our customers, such as Ship Managers, Offshore Operators, Shipyards, Agents and others
• Manage the tools & equipment which are kept at our warehouse. Send for recertification periodically as required.
• Coordinate with Ship Agents, Ports & Ship Yards, handle permits and schedule service attendances.
• Coordinate and arrange transport of Engineers, tools & equipment to and from job sites
• Answer customer queries and provide remote technical support.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Marine Engineering or similar.
• Past experience in marine cranes & deck machinery required.
• Experience in coordinating marine service work, especially afloat repairs will be an advantage.
• Able to commit overtime.
