Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Company’s truck for the collection and transportation of waste.
• Assist in the collection of waste from clients’ premises.
• Ensure the containers/bins are properly secured/lashed to the truck, before driving off.
• Assist in the unloading, segregation, and storage of the waste.

1. Customer Service Executive (Up to $4,300) - Mon-Fri: 9am - 5.30pm, Alt Sat: 9am - 1pm

• Direct Contact with Customers and answers all call promptly
• Provide the flight details to customer within the stipulated time upon receiving the booking
• Check the Export Documents Compliance when processing the export work order
• Apply the correct export permit and other export custom processed on timely manner

• Knowledge of customer retention and experience in dealing with customers
