• Manage both new business development (hunting) and client retention (farming) for Air Freight services.
• Identify and secure new customers within targeted industry verticals and market segments.
• Develop and manage key accounts, promoting Air Freight products/services on designated trade routes.
• Conduct regular sales calls and diligently follow up on all air freight sales opportunities.
• Submit detailed weekly and monthly sales reports to the Freight Forwarding Sales Leader.
• Respond promptly to tenders and RFQs to maintain market competitiveness.
• Organize and participate in regular client reviews to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
• Meet individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide timely rate quotations to customers and potential clients.
