Job Requirement:

• Preferably Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Supply Chain/Business
• Good knowledge & work experience in Electronic Manufacturing Industry
• Knowledgeable & Experience in using Pivot Table & Vlookup
• Added advantage with skills in POWERBI
• Ability to manage vendors on supply chain matter
• Required analytical skills for material planning

Personal Driver

• Perform as personal chauffeur duties
• Pick up patients and guests between Pickup and Royal Square medical center
• Ferry directors to and fro from one location to another
• Pick up and deliver documents as and when required
• Ensure cleanliness of the vehicle at all times
• Familiar with Singapore Major Road Map
• Able to drive Alphard, Mercedes, Rolls-Royce car
• Able to work long hours and on standby if needed
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate regulatory documentation and sample requests - process and tract requests, expedite documents and samples, ensure all requests are fulfilled.
• Prepare assigned administrative duties such as raising QAFs, Sample POs and etc.
• Update assigned purchasing databases such as ICC new codes.
• Coordinate Sample POs - expedite and ensure prompt deliveries of items.
• Assist in maintaining information to the Global Purchasing Database.
• Assist buyers in projects coordination.
• Assist in office administrative duties such as distribution of incoming mails and parcels

Job Requirement:

• Min Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management
• Prior experience in procurement is an added advantage
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
