Job Scope :

• Build and maintain working relationship with overseas agent including select and recommend new agent
• Identify new agent to work with and correspond with overseas agent.
• Identify new agent to work with and correspond with overseas agent on Agency matter for Global Container Freight.
• Identify existing overseas agent contribution, network coordination
• Monitoring new Agent code creation in our CW1 system, including agent’s background checking.
• Build and maintain working relationship with overseas agent including select and recommend new agent when necessary to BD team
• Report and handle regional office’s Agency Agreement matter.
• Renew yearly liability insurance policy
• Assist on direct customer’s supply & shipment arrangement when necessary, existing customers
• Handle marine insurance claim, including cargo claim and Liability claim

• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Class 3 driver with Singapore class 3 license and clear driving experiences.
• Adhere to company rules and follow all arrangements.
• Safely various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
• Assisting with the loading and offloading of materials.
• Perform data entry for stock and inventory.
• Support daily warehouse operations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Van Driver for Elder Care Centre (5 days work)

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure safety for all seniors during transportation to and from the Centre.

2. Assist seniors with boarding and alighting from the van with lifter.

3. To fasten safety belts & wheelchair securely for all seniors.

4. Keep vehicle clean and tidy all the time.

5. Keep proper maintenance of vehicle such as routine servicing, repairs etc & report if any issue.

6. To assist in running errands such as collects and dispatches goods or documents to and from the centre when necessary.

7. Attends to the general maintenance and repairs of the centre when necessary.

8. Performs any other related tasks or duties as required and assigned by the Centre Manager, Administrator & Board of Management.

Requirements:

1. A valid class 3 driving license.

2. A clean driving records.

3. Well route planning as and when with new client admit or discharge.

4. Knowledge of area roads and neighbourhoods (Jurong / CCK / Bukit Batok).

5. Familiarity with GPS application / Tech Savvy

6. Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)

7. Caring and Compassion towards elderly.
